Our Wedding Day Management/Coordination Package (sometimes referred to as "Day of") is for when you have hired or plan to hire all your own vendors, but need someone to coordinate and execute everything in the last weeks leading up to the ceremony. We start the process by giving you a detailed checklist in order to ensure no details are overlooked. Then, 8 weeks prior to your ceremony we step in to take over and execute all the hard work you have put into planning your wedding! We coordinate your vendors, create a timeline, run your rehearsal, and manage your entire wedding day from start to finish.
You can enjoy your cocktails while we take care of the details!
Wedding Day Management starts at $1250
Guided/Partial Wedding Planning
Guided wedding planning is ideal for couples who need the help of a wedding planner, but will hire most vendors and handle most tasks themselves. We begin with a one hour consultation, and then give you personalized vendor recommendations based on your personal needs. We then provide you with a comprehensive checklist which will guide you step by step, advising you on the prioritization/timeline for hiring your vendors. We will provide guidance regarding budget allocation, negotiate vendor fees, attend vendor meetings, and serve as your representative/advocate with your wedding vendors. We then follow this up with the services included in our Wedding Day Management Package, including coordinating all your vendors, creating your timeline, and executing your rehearsal and wedding day.
Our Guided Wedding Planning Package starts at $1750.
Full Wedding Planning
Full wedding planning is for couples who need help from start to finish - from choosing the venue until executing the sendoff at the end of your wedding night. If you need help with your rehearsal dinner & bachelorette party, making spa and excursion reservations, managing your budget, tracking your RSVPs, designing your seating diagram, and hosting your wedding website, you definitely need our full planning package! We will need to schedule a phone call to discuss your wedding needs, so let me know when you can chat!

Wedding Packages
Our Wedding Packages are for couples who want a simple, stress-free ceremony without the hassle or cost of a traditional wedding. If you are looking for a beautiful, laid-back wedding on a beach, at a waterfall, or at a private location, we have you covered! In just a few easy steps, we can plan your ceremony, wedding flowers, cake, decor, photography, etc. so that we can bring the wedding to you! All you have to do is get dressed and show up - we take care of everything else!
Wedding Packages start at $1000
*Discounts available for weekday weddings
**Limited availability on Saturdays
Once we decide which level of service is best for you, we will email an electronic contract for your review. After the contract is e-signed, we will email you an invoice for you to reserve your wedding date.
We ask for 50% down to reserve your date, with the balance due 7 days prior to your ceremony. Payment plans are available. We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks, cash, and money orders.
